To request a refund or adjustment, please provide the request, reason, documentation including the Bill of Lading with any discrepancies or complications notated on it at the time of delivery, and your contact information including email address and mailing address. Flatbed Hauling Quotes will endeavor to respond to the initial request within 15 business days.
All requests will be evaluated and an appropriate outcome determined solely by Flatbed Hauling Quotes. No requests for refunds or adjustments can be submitted more than 15 business days past the delivery date of the freight in question.
